Two bedrooms under one roof, each with its own kitchenette, opening onto tropical gardens, a poolside Bali hut, a sparkling pool, an infrared sauna and an outdoor kitchen. Book a Villa Room and one of the two is made up for you while the other stays locked — not used by anyone, and never sold to another booking. The private villa in Mandurah and its bathroom are yours alone, with the pool and the Bali-style gardens there for your stay. If there are four of you, take the Two-bedroom Villa and both rooms are yours.

The lanterns come on, the pool lights up, and the spa and sauna are a few steps from the door. Most people end up out here far longer than they planned to.

The Stay

No. Only one booking is ever in the villa. When you book a Villa Room we make one bedroom up for you and lock the other, so there is never another party in beside you and the bathroom is only ever yours.

One of the two, and we will let you know before you arrive. Both are queen rooms with their own kitchenette, opening onto the same verandah and gardens.

Yes. Bali at Avalon is adults only, which keeps the place quiet for couples and small groups.

About one hour’s drive south of Perth, at 30 Yeedong Road, Falcon — in the Mandurah region of Western Australia.

All stays are a two-night minimum.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 12pm. We’ll send everything you need ahead of your stay, so you can arrive and settle at your own pace.

You can. There are two bedrooms in the villa. Choose the Two-bedroom Villa when you book and we open the second one and make it up for two more guests.

The Grounds

One, and it is inside the villa you have booked. Because we lock the second room out, you are never sharing it with another booking.

Yes. Free, secure on-site parking with room for a boat or caravan, monitored by 24-hour security cameras — and a beach boat ramp just one minute away.

Yes, from 10pm to 8am. We have neighbours close by, so we would ask you to keep things quiet after 10.

Your hosts live in their own private residence on the grounds, along with their dogs — a separate home, kept well away from the guest villa. The villa itself is entirely self-contained and private, so it is yours alone. Please let us know in advance of any allergies.
