The Stay

Yes. Bali at Avalon is a walled, adults-only Balinese retreat — a private sanctuary designed for couples and small groups seeking quiet, space and privacy.

About one hour’s drive south of Perth, at 30 Yeedong Road, Falcon — in the Mandurah region of Western Australia.

All stays are a two-night minimum.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 12pm. We’ll send everything you need ahead of your stay, so you can arrive and settle at your own pace.

Yes. Bali at Avalon has two private, individually lockable villas — Villa Tiga and Villa Dua — within one building. Book one villa, or both together for the whole sanctuary, ideal for two couples or a small wedding of up to 15 guests.

The Sanctuary & Grounds

The pool is heated throughout the high season, September to April.

One beautifully appointed bathroom, shared between the two villas. Book both villas for complete privacy.

Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villas and gardens.

Yes. Free, secure on-site parking with room for a boat or caravan — and a beach boat ramp just one minute away.

Yes, from 10pm to 8am. The sanctuary stays a sanctuary.

Your hosts live in their own private residence on the grounds, along with their dogs — a separate home, kept well away from the guest villas. The villas themselves are entirely self-contained and private, so the sanctuary is yours alone. Please let us know in advance of any allergies.
